Born on February 28, 1987 to Dennis J White Sr. and Tanyia L Regen, Dennis A.k.a. Zach was one of five. He leaves behind his parents and step mother Maria Nunez White, sisters: Shemel, Sherell, Danielle, and Jordan White, his only brother Jonathan White, his 13 dogs, plenty of cousins , aunts and uncles.

He grew up in Brooklyn sharing part of his childhood with his predeceased grandmother Carol and step grandpa Charlie, uncles Louie, Micheal, Robert, aunt Debbie, mother Tanyia, sister Danielle and his cousins: Ellena, Jose, Melissa, Michael, and Megan in Albany projects. There he would spend most of his time building Legos, getting beat up by Jose, playing board games, climbing up the walls, and playing Nintendo.

He then moved to Queens with his dad, Maria (momma), Jonathan and Danielle, where he attended Springfield Gardens Highschool. He Enjoyed Going to his predeceased grandma(Lottie) and grandpa's (Thomas) house on the weekends. He'd spend time with his favorite (heavy on the favorite) cousin Bud, and other cousins Tarsha, Kenya, Sarah, Robert, Curt, and lil Leslie, Alicia and everybody's favorite aunt Annette, aunt Rosie and uncles Leslie Keno Leon and Tony.

Growing up Dennis "Zach" loved to travel, play video games, and held a special bond with animals. He was the best brother, he always saw the light at the end of the tunnel, he was positive and uplifting, he has so many stories as He’s traveled to many states. He loved taking care of his 13 dogs, facetiming and playing video games with his brother Johnathan, cousin, bud, and best friend Rahim every day. He was a computer genius, an artist and loved to work on cars. He went way too, too young and will be truly missed.

I only have pictures now,
A frozen piece of time,
To remind me of how it was,
When you were here, and mine.

I see your smiling eyes,
Each morning when I wake,
I talk to you, and place a kiss,
Upon your lovely face.

How much I miss you being here,
I really cannot say,
The ache is deep inside my heart,
And never goes away.

I hear it mentioned often,
That time will heal the pain,
But if I'm being honest,
I hope it will remain.

I need to feel you constantly,
To get me through the day,
I loved you so very much,
Why did you go away?

The angels came and took you,
That really wasn't fair,
They took my one and only Son,

If only they had asked me,
If I would take your place,
I would have done so willingly,
Leaving you this world to grace.

You should have had so many years,
To watch your life unfold,
And in the mist of this,
Watch me, your mom grow old!

I hope you're watching from above,
At the daily tasks I do,
And let there be no doubt at all,
I really do love you

I remember when we was younger, Dennis “Zach” always played with legos omg wed sit in that room in Albany projects for hours building stuff. Of course, I never knew what I was doing but he definitely did. My brother and I were super close growing up it was always me him and bud. I was like one of the guys since all the girls were older. we’d go out and explore neighborhoods knowing we had no business we both had a love for exploring him more than I and that really stuck with him he’s seen so many places.
I remember he used to eat ketchup on his macaroni STILL TO THIS DAY he’s the only person in this world that I know does this lol I used to give him a look cause he’d bite the spoon every time even if if was grits, and have that pinky up lol. I was very overprotective of my brother I used to fight his friends if I felt the were trying to wrong do him.
We spent a lot of time over grandmas we hated to have to leave now all the cousins know grandma and grandpas house was LITTY!! grandma used to l et us stay out til like 3am sitting in that window watching us Dennis loved going over there especially to hang out with our fav cousins Tarsha Leslie and bud
We used to cut school more than a butcher cuts meat lol I remember one day we was cutting school when we stayed on E35th and Tilden in Brooklyn, our step mother maria was in Brooklyn and dad came home early we almost got caught we ran out the back of the house to hop the fence in the backyard, Dennis ”Zach” was already over the fence telling me to come on and as soon as I get to the top a huge dragon fly flew into my hair and I banged my head on the pole Dennis “Zach” laughed so hard he helped me come up with a lie so we wouldn’t get caught.
Fast forward to us being teenagers in queens it was my little brother Johnathan, Dennis “Zach” and me, Dennis “Zach” used to stay in that room for hours playing video games he loved sonic, Pokémon, and dragon ball z. He could draw too I used to get mad because I couldn’t even draw a stick figure.
Growing up we always had a love for animals, I don’t remember a time when we didn’t have a pet, so it only made sense that he’d keep that tradition alive especially with the love of his dogs. I hate that me and my brother kind of grew apart but one thing that never did was my love for him no matter if we talked everyday or not he’s still my brother and I love him dearly I’m really gonna miss you bro its so many things I wish I would have said to you on the phone that night…
