Better known to her friends and family as Ruby, Tetrie Hariprashad was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Born in Annandale, Guyana in 1956, she emigrated to the US in 1986. Sadly, Ruby passed away on April 5th 2022 at the age of 65 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was married for 33 years to Krishna, who passed away in 2006, and had five children and six grand children all of whom she loved unconditionally. She was very kind and unselfish, always lending a hand to anyone in need. Whether it was helping her husband paint at his job or feeding and housing anything that strayed into the yard, her kindness and generosity was noted by all. Ruby enjoyed long drives, going to the beach, traveling, dancing, and most recently bingo. She loved life and said she would hang on to see her 66th birthday, however God had other plans. Her struggle is over but her light remains in the family that so loved her. Ruby is survived by her five children: Navin, Jyoti, Vero, Raj, Sattie and her six grand kids: Michael, Christopher, Grace, Jacob, Ashley, and Jeremy.
